Opportunity to join outpatient multidisciplinary behavioral/medical geriatric team which include: geriatric psychiatrist, geriatrician, psychiatric nurse practitioners, social workers, neuropsychologist and clinical support team. Provide direct psychiatric services through comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, planning and psychopharmacological treatment of clients. Intervention may be short term or long term. Other interventions may include counseling. Will function as part of a team and will remain flexible to changes.
This position will report to a psychiatrist for clinical supervision; and will report to Administrative Director for non-clinical issues.
24 hours per week, day shift.

Master’s Degree. Graduate of accredited nursing school, previous medical/psychiatric experience. Minimum of two years is preferred. Course work in psychopharmacology and related courses.
Current NP, RNCS, CNS in state of Massachusetts
BCLS, ANCC certification is psychiatric and mental health nursing as a clinical specialist
