About the Job
A member of the DMH Flexible Support Services team to provide non-clinical support to individuals who are involved in Flexible Support Services. Serve as a recovery guide and role model in the management of recovery and assist the individual to identify and overcome barriers to recovery, connect the individual with services and encourage hope, optimism and health. Provide support with problem solving and advocacy to assist individuals to meet their goals. Provide education to individuals and family members on the recovery process.
Be a Peer, preferably with lived experience. Have at least two years of current, sustained recovery.
