Sign on bonus up to $3000 (pro-rated for part time)

Our In Home Therapy program uses a strength based approach to support youth with emotional and behavioral challenges while simultaneously working to improve family dynamics. The goal is to provide personalized strategies to promote healthy behaviors in school, home and the community. We also help families grow their support networks and provide them with tools to better cope and manage crises. As an In Home Family Clinician you will be trained in crisis intervention, clinical assessment and treatment and have many opportunities for training in evidenced based models such as our trauma informed care mode Risking Connections, Trauma Focused CBT, or our Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach.

The ideal candidate is a team player that is organized, compassionate, and motivated to help clients meet their goals and improve their lives.


  • Provide in-home therapy to families in outreach settings including their home or a community location.
  • Support families in identifying treatment goals and work in collaboration with paraprofessionals to carry out interventions.
  • Collaborate with other providers and natural supports of families served.
  • Complete documentation to reflect services provided and carry a caseload.
  • Communicate with Managed Care Entities to ensure authorization for services provided.
  • Build and adjust schedule to meet the needs of persons served. Afternoon/evening hours may be required.
  • Be available to support your clients by telephone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the business week


  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field
  • Prior experience and training working with youth and their families, including training in family therapy preferred.  
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle. Travel and an ability to meet persons served in a variety of outreach settings is required.
