About the Job

Sign on bonus up to $3,000 (pro-rated for part time)

Boston Treatment Center is a CARF accredited, 50-bed, short-term detoxification treatment program. We work to create an inclusive environment that is non-judgmental and where clients can feel supported and respected.

The nurse manager plays an integral role in the daily operations of the program by providing supervision to nurses. This is a great opportunity to join a large health care system that provides integrated care.The ideal candidate is dynamic, compassionate and motivated to help our clients meet their goals and improve their lives.

  • Manage all nursing operations, including employee activities and quality of patient care.
  • Provides direct supervision to Nurse Staff
  • Collaborates with the Program Director, Divisional Vice President and Chief Medical Officer to develop and revise policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for care of patients on Detox Unit.
  • Recruit, build and maintain a team of nurse
  • Monitors compliance with budget, including staffing, scheduling, productivity analysis, and supply costs. 
  • Participates in staff meeting with program management, including:  Program Director, Clinical Supervisor and Recovery Specialists Supervisor
  • Promote and maintain an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.


  • Current RN Licensure
  • BLS certification

Scheduled Hours

Full time, 40 hours per week, benefited position
