Manages a caseload of patients and works collaboratively with other teams members, in order to provide individual, group, and family treatment in a partial hospital setting.


Essential Functions/ Key Responsibilities:
-Assessment and goal-orientated, short term treatment of psychiatric and dually diagnosed individuals
-Group therapy and psychoeducational group work
-Develop a written treatment plan and discharge plan
-Documentation in the electronic hospital record
-Work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Work with difficult to engage and/or treatment resistant individuals


-Master Degree in a mental health field
-Professional license as eligible
-Computer skills sufficient to allow efficient documentation in an electronic hospital record
-Motivational interviewing and/ or DBT training preferred, experience providing substance abuse treatment preferred
-Fluent in English
-Previous clinical experience in a mental health setting

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 10-20 lbs occasionally, bending and stooping required occasionally. Vision corrected to 20/20, hearing corrected to normal range. Sitting for periods of up to 45 minutes, frequent telephone use.
