Lahey Health, one of Boston's leading Healthcare organizations is seeking a PA or NP to join its highly regarded Rheumatology Group in Burlington, MA.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join an active practice in a developing ACO that will emphasize comprehensive care at all levels of the treatment continuum.

The nationally recognized practice, consists of 10 physicians who are supported by 5 experienced advanced practice clinicians who work collaboratively providing high levels of patient care. Our staff can consult with colleagues in endocrinology, physical and occupational therapy, orthopedic surgery, pain management, hand surgery, dermatology and other areas, ensuring that patients receive the most comprehensive care possible.


Minimum 2 years of solid internal medicine or rheumatology experienced preferred

DAYS 8a to 5p, FT, no weekend, no call

Nurse Practitioner:

  • Current state RN licensure in MA, NP in MA, confirmation of Board Certification as a nurse practitioner by a recognized national certifying body that has established standards for nurse practitioners (ANCC, AANP).
  • BSN or MSN with concentration in specialty as nurse practitioner preferred. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program required.
  • Professional nursing experience and/or nurse practitioner experience with prior clinical experience preferred.

Physician Assistant:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Program. Documentation of registration for next NCCPA Board administration or successful completion of NCCPA Board and maintenance of appropriate CME
  • Additionally excellent communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with medical staff, nursing staff, and other clinical and administrative colleagues as well as with patients and their families is needed, as is knowledge of applicable clinical procedures and protocols and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to provide appropriate emotional support .
