Job Description

Responsible for the management, provision and coordination of safe, high quality health services including, case management of clients and clinical supervision of Home Health Aide staff in private homes and facilities.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing school with a Degree in Nursing (Associates, BSN or MSN)
RN with current Massachusetts nursing license.
Maintain valid driver's license, excellent driving record and adequately insured vehicle available for business use
Maintains a current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
2 years nursing experience, Home care Experience preferred.
Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to problem solve, making clinical decisions where complex judgment is required
Strong leadership and staff development skills
Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clinical, teaching and customer service skills
Microsoft Office and basic computers skills and ability to learn
new programs
Scheduled Hoursper diem
